Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receiving and confirming payment.
The equipment is carefully prepared, configured, and tested before shipping to ensure proper operation upon receipt.
Estimated Delivery Times
Deliveries are generally made within 1 to 15 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the available courier service.
We ship via top-tier international express agencies such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, allowing for fast deliveries with real-time tracking.
Although we make every effort to ensure fast and secure deliveries, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, local holidays, or logistical issues beyond our control.
Important: Products in the All In One Configurator and OEM Car Brands categories may be subject to customs controls and taxes. In this case, our team will contact you to help you minimize these costs as much as possible.
On the other hand, products in the Diagnostic Tool category are not affected by customs fees in countries within the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, and Australia, as we have local warehouses in these regions.
Therefore, in these countries, you will only pay the product price, with no additional charges. In all other cases, a small customs fee may apply.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- Return Conditions
Return requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging intact.
All returns must be pre-authorized by our team.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Providing evidence (clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label) is mandatory.
In these cases, we will offer:
Product replacement, or
A full refund
- Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, shipping instructions will be provided. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product error or defect. - Order Delivery
Once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier at the address provided by the customer, it will be considered successfully completed.
Claims and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Absence at the time of delivery
Uncollected or refused orders
Incidents reported outside the established timeframe
Claims of non-receipt when tracking indicates delivery completion
- Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued after receipt and verification of the returned product, where applicable.
In the case of defective products or errors in the order, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Used, tampered, or unpackaged products
Requests made after 48 hours
Lack of evidence for allegedly damaged products
Orders delivered correctly according to the carrier
Attempts at fraud or unjustified disputes
