When you make your purchase, simply send the order number and serial number of your diagnostic device to support. We’ll take care of the rest. You can update your diagnostic device within 24 hours by going to the updates section.
With software extension cards from LAUNCH Europe GmbH, you can update the software of the LAUNCH X-431 diagnostic devices and the CReader Professional series quickly and easily. Update cards can be purchased from stock and activated as needed. This way, customer software update requests can be resolved quickly and efficiently. The update period begins once the card is activated.
