DESCRIPTION
The LAUNCH X431 PRO3S+ EV is a professional diagnostic platform developed for workshops working with electric and New Energy Vehicles while retaining the advanced diagnostic architecture of the X-431 PRO3 family.
Its main advantage over a conventional diagnostic tablet is the integration of dedicated EV battery-pack diagnostic hardware and software. The system can communicate not only with the vehicle through the diagnostic connector, but also directly with supported high-voltage battery packs using the supplied EV diagnostic adapters and battery test leads.
The package combines the 10.1-inch PRO3S+ diagnostic tablet, SmartLink C V2 professional VCI and the dedicated EV / New Energy diagnostic equipment required for advanced battery analysis.

The PRO3S+ EV provides dedicated diagnostic workflows for electric-vehicle systems including the high-voltage battery, BMS, vehicle control system, electric drive, motor-control electronics, on-board charging system, DC/DC conversion and thermal-management systems where supported.
The system combines vehicle-level EV diagnosis with direct battery-pack analysis, allowing the technician to move from a complete vehicle scan to detailed battery data using the same professional platform.
View the available battery charge information supplied by the BMS.
Evaluate supported battery-health information and deterioration data.
Monitor overall high-voltage battery-pack electrical data.
Compare supported individual cell or battery-module voltages.
Monitor temperature information available from the battery-management system.
Compare cell values to help identify weak, imbalanced or abnormal battery sections.
Direct connection using the appropriate battery-pack connector supplied with the EV diagnostic system.
Use the corresponding dedicated test lead when the diagnostic software specifies a direct battery or BMS connection.
Perform supported battery and EV-system diagnosis through the vehicle diagnostic connector where available.

Exact functions depend on the vehicle, ECU, model year and installed software.
For supported vehicles, Topology Mapping displays the ECU network graphically.
This allows technicians to identify faulted modules, communication problems and network relationships quickly and enter individual ECU diagnostic menus directly from the topology map.
The combination of vehicle-level diagnosis + direct high-voltage battery analysis + SmartLink C V2 makes PRO3S+ EV suitable for workshops that require a deeper diagnostic workflow than a conventional EV scanner.
It can be used from the initial vehicle health scan through battery-pack investigation, module diagnosis, active testing, calibration, coding and final diagnostic reporting.
Generate and store supported vehicle and EV diagnostic reports including vehicle information, scan results, DTC information and battery diagnostic data.
Reports can be used for workshop documentation, customer communication and before / after repair records.
